Self Description

I'm a 33 years old Computer Sciences Bachelor from Brasília, Brazil. I'm interested in software development, infrastructures management and entrepreneurship.

6 years ago I left my regular job to try to scale a startup, since then I've learned a lot about software development and about team work.

Before it, I've been working as tech. sales consultant on Oracle Corp for 4 years and Quest Software for 1 more year, at this point distributed databases, and data security were my focus. After that it changed a little and for 4 more years I've been DEVOp on several projects for Algar Tecnologia, managing Web Servers (JBoss, Oracle App Server, Weblogic) and developing Java (mainly Struts 2), Ruby on Rails and a lot of Python (many times on Django).

After 5 years working on my company, I sold 100% of it to an Argentinean group, since then I'm focused on working and improving my Javascript skills on server and client sides.
